Our Story

Meet Me Downstairs was created to be a community that celebrates womanhood. A place that honours the woman within the mother and the woman within ourselves mother or not.

Somewhere that shines a light on the feminine experience and gives woman valuable tools, and information to thrive in their skin.

Becoming a mother was a catalyst of change for me and the birth of this forum. I realised how little I knew about my own body as a woman. How little I knew about birth. And how much I ached for honest community in motherhood.

The podcast was born. The Doula Training was completed. The Birth With Power Course was launched.

We are at a time in existence where women are reclaiming their power in more ways than one. I’m honoured that I can be a part of this reckoning.
